 Dear Yanni, We were moving into our first home, and wanted laminate flooring in the bedrooms. I was overwhelmed because I had no experience with home renovations. From my first contact with Yanni at t...he Flooring Factory Outlet, he was very accommodating, helpful, and professional. He made himself available to answer and address all my questions and concerns, and displayed tremendous patience in helping me choose out a laminate color. I met with him on a Thursday, and his workers came and completed the job of three bedrooms the very next day. I had called and visited many other stores for quotes and they all told me it would be at least a week until the job was completed. Yanni's installation crew were punctual and professional exhibiting expert workmanship. When the installers came in the morning and I suddenly decided I wanted new baseboards and a different padding underneath the laminate, Yanni personally delivered immediately the new supplies I requested so that the installation was not delayed. Now, a half a year after installation we are just as thrilled with our new floors as we were the day they were installed. I had done a lot of research so I can say with confidence that you can not find a better price for the wonderful quality we received from the Flooring Factory Outlet. I would definitely call Yanni for future laminate work and I have already spread the word to my friends who have all asked me where I found such wonderful floors!
